Unique decoupling solution for fan mounting on radiators and enclosures!
This is something completely new: A decoupling system with the advantages of screw mounting combined with the vibration absorption of rubber mounts. Phobya's developers have created a solution for a problem which every user wants to have eliminated: The completely vibration-free installation of fans on the radiator and in the enclosure.
The solution is multi-layer rubber decoupling. It begins by inserting the bottom half of the screw into the radiator, which is decoupled there for the first time with a rubber washer. Next focus on the shaft which holds the fan in place. Here a rubber sleeve was deceloped to decouple the complete contact surface of the fan from the metal screw. The nut for final mounting is also mounted with a rubber washer for decoupling - The whole mounting system is hence completely decoupling the fan from the rest of the system. But that is not everything: To decouple the rest of the contact surface of the fan from the enclosure, a rubber decoupling frame is also included with this kit, solving the last small problem for you!

Note: During mounting we have noticed that inserting the screw into new radiators can be difficult, as both the screw and often the radiator threads have coating in them. We recommend pre-cutting the radiator thread with another screw or clean the thread on the screw with another nut.
