How to deal with reclamation?

Shipments of transportable goods must be shipped back to us at own cost and risk. Please consider possible customs charges when shipping goods to us, they must always be carried by the sender. If these charges are not paid by the customer and Aquatuning is billed for them, we will retain the amount charged for customs from the credit for the returned items.

Please always check if a return is financially efficient!

When we received your  e-mail we going to contact you to tell you about any furhter process. Please make sure your email service doesn't block emails from aquatuning.us with a SPAM FILTER. Otherwise you probably won't hear from us!


NOTE!

Applies to any return of defective items into the European Union!

  1. When returning your item it is a re-import into the European Union. Please make sure to give only the value of the defective item for the return. Defective items have a minimum value of 1€ (ca.$1.40) and a maximum value of 21.99€.(ca.$29.00) Should you return multiple items please distribute the amount over all defective items
  2. Please attach this form clearly visible to the outside of your parcel.
  3. Should a technical inspection of the items reveal that the customer is responsible, Aquatuning will not return the items to the customer. In such cases the customer has to pay for the return shipment himself.
  4. Use for the return the DDP Service from your forwarder (UPS/ DHL) to take over all charges for the return.

If you do not use this form on the outside of your parcel it could be stopped in customs and not forwarded to us. Aquatuning never pick up any returns from the customs! meaning your item will be returned to you at your cost!


 

Transportation damage:

Please always check a parcel for obvious damages and in presence of the deliverer before reception.
Deliveries are to be controlled in the presence of the postman for obvious damage. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note or the postman must scan, the package as "corrupt". Internal transport damages must be reported within 7 days after receipt of us in writing (e-mail, letter, fax). Keep on the package and in no case send it back to us. We will contact with the carriers and make a damage reported. Possibly a staff of the transport company will come tor you and inspect the package or pick it up.

Wrong item ordered:

Should you have ordered an item which is incompatible with your components you may always return it to us. Please note that all costs (shipping charges, customs charges) must be covered by the customer. Hence we recommend reselling such items via an online platform. Defective items:

Should an item purchased at our shop become defective within 2 years (e.g. pump does not start) please use the following link for contacting us and fill out all required fields. Please always include a picture of the defective item with your email. After receiving your of the email we will contact you and inform you about the further process. If the item is made by an US manufacturer please contact the manufacturer directly for complaints! Please note that all costs (shipping charges, customs charges) must be covered by the customer. Wrong delivery:

Should you have been sent an item that you did not order and this incompatible with the item you ordered (graphics card waterblock is incompatible with the graphics card) please send us a photographic proof of the shipment. Also, please make sure to include all delivered items in the picture, otherwise your complaint cannot be processed.
