Combined GPU/RAM/VRM waterblock for graphics card of the GeForce GTX series with 1536MB (GF100 GPU) in reference design.
This waterblock combines the functionality of a GPU waterblock as well as RAM and VRM waterblock in one elegant and thin waterblock.

The aquagrafx GTX 480 is made from more than 2kg of copper with a CNC mill and reaches a weight of only 850g when finished. The cooling plate is 10mm thick and has a very fine channel structure in the GPU area (0.3mm). To pay tribute to the more and more complicated graphics card designs we have now integrated spacers on all threads for maximum safety and ease of installation.
The contact surface for GPU and RAM is polished to a mirror finish for optimum contact and heat transfer. The VRM thermal pads are now new with improved performance for even better performance.
The waterblock is designed for extreme cooling performance and low flow resistance. Hence an additional cooling structure was integrated above the VRM modules and the coolant channel has a cross-section of more that 100 mm² in most areas (for comparison: a 8mm hose has a cross-section of approx. 50 mm²). An included backplate is mounted in the VRM area and allows better distribution of contact pressure and optimal contact to the modules.

Another special feature is the Delrin connection terminal. It is fixated from the side by 3 screws and offers the possibility of fitting connection from both sides of the waterblock. To seal the unused threads 2 screw plugs are included with the waterblock. The connection thread is G1/4" in size. For this system terminals for connection of up to 4 graphics cards without tubing will be available soon. They will be designed to allow parallel or serial flow as you wish.
